I know when first version of MVC was released. Regarding Azure, it's I've heard about half of year ago about free testing of hosting MVC projects in Azure, a lot of artickles has been writting about this topic. I'm using MVC 4 + Net Framework 4.
So let's come back to original question, if you know how to manually specify Virtual path/application root for application located in subfolder, please tell me how, if no - topic can be closed
